Just disable the ones you don't want. They have an Enable/Disable option in the config. It would be a complete waste of time to separate them and then recreate them individually. JedCore wasn't built for that.

Besides, I don't think PK would swallow over all the abilities in provided, due to some of their design. Mudsurge and frostbreath comes to mind, as their concepts never really met the standards concept designer were looking for (mudbending sounded irrelevant because such 'block' doesn't exist in vanilla, while frostbreathing had a controversy of being not really waterbending alike.)
