Yea this is kind of confusing. If you want a 1v1 with someone why not just organize it yourself? You don't need commands for it.

Even then, there are plugins to initiate teleportation-to-arena-for-1v1-matches mechanic. @Pickle9775 may consider moving this to General Discussion to help out the guy with the question how to set one up?
