We have a teaching system in place that uses /b w to return the online users and their elements.

This is a bit of a security issue (at least for us). Players can spam /b who to display all online users, and compare it with the tab list to find out if there are vanished staff online. This inhibits my staff from properly investigating potential hackers/rule-breakers, and has caused multitudes...

Still having issues, but I can't find my beta 12 backup to downgrade to. I don't know if it is any use, but here is a timings test I took, spanning multiple instances where my TPS dropped to 12 or lower for a few minutes (The spikes are not consistent enough to lower the avg tps)...
